Title: FOID-CONVERTED FIREARMS

Description: Amends the Firearm Owners Identification Card Act. Adds to the definition of "firearm" for purposes of the Act includes any combination of parts designed or intended to be used to convert a device into a firearm or from which a firearm may be readily assembled. Effective immediately.
