Title: CRIM CD-WEAPONS-EXEMPT-RIFLE

Description: Amends the Criminal Code of 2012. Exempts from the provision of the unlawful use of weapons statute prohibiting a person from possessing certain rifles, a person possessing a rifle with a barrel or barrels less than 16 inches in length if the person is a member of a trust recognized under the federal National Firearms Act. Effective immediately.
