Title: CERTIFIED FIREARMS INSTRUCTOR
Description: Amends the Firearm Concealed Carry Act. Provides that the Department of State Police shall allow by rule a waiver process for a person seeking to become a certified firearms instructor who meets all the other requirements of the Act except the high school education requirements.
