Description: Amends the Firearm Concealed Carry Act. Provides that following persons are exempt from all fees imposed under the Act: active-duty members or veterans of the Armed Services or Reserve Forces of the United States or the National Guard; and firearm instructors certified under the Act. Defines terms.
