Description: Amends the Firearm Owners Identification Card Act and the Firearm Concealed Carry Act. Defines "regulation" as an ordinance, resolution, or rule that has the effect of controlling, limiting, restricting, or placing of an additional fee on a firearm, ammunition, or component of a firearm or ammunition. Effective immediately.
