Title: CHILD CARE-DAY CARE HOMES-GUNS

Description: Amends the Child Care Act of 1969. Allows adults who reside on the premises of a day care home to possess handguns on day care home premises (rather than adults who must possess a handgun as a condition of employment and who reside on the premises of a day care home) if the handgun and handgun ammunition are locked and inaccessible to children.
