Title: FOID&CONCEALED CARRY-18 YEARS

Description: Amends the Firearm Owners Identification Card Act. Makes 18 (rather than 21) years of age as the minimum age in which a person, who is not an active duty member of the United States Armed Forces or the Illinois National Guard, may apply for a Firearm Owner's Identification Card without parental or legal guardian consent. Amends the Firearm Concealed Carry Act. Makes 18 (rather than 21) years of age as the minimum age for applying for and being issued a concealed carry license.
