Legislation Overview

Title: CRIM CD-AGG UNLAW USE WEAPON

Description: Amends the Criminal Code of 2012. Provides that one of the aggravating factors for a violation of the statute concerning aggravated unlawful use of a weapon is that the person possessing the weapon was previously adjudicated a delinquent minor under the Juvenile Court Act of 1987 for an act that if committed by an adult would be a forcible felony (rather than a felony).
