Legislation Overview

Title: CONCEALED CARRY-PENALTIES

Description: Amends the Firearm Concealed Carry Act. Provides that a person who is convicted of carrying a concealed firearm into a prohibited place shall pay a $500 (rather than a $150) fee to be deposited into the Mental Health Reporting Fund, plus any applicable court costs or fees. Effective immediately.
