Legislation Overview
Title: FIREARM DEALER LICENSE-INSPECT
Description: Amends the Firearm Dealer License Certification Act. Provides that an inspection of a licensee's place of business may only be completed after business hours. Provides that an inspection shall not interfere with the business transactions occurring in the store. Provides that if a law enforcement officer is assigned to a business for inspection, the owner of the business has the right to prohibit the officer from returning to the store as a customer.
