Title: FOID CARD EXPIRATION

Description: Amends the Firearm Owners Identification Card Act. Provides that if a renewal application for a Firearm Owner's Identification Card is pending at the time a card expires, the card shall be valid for the person to whom it is issued until 7 business days after the date the person's new Firearm Owner's Identification Card is issued.
