Title: FIREARM CERTIFY-APPLICATION

Description: Amends the Firearm Dealer License Certification Act. Provides that notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, the Act shall only apply to a person or entity that is in the business of selling, leasing, or otherwise transferring firearms in Cook County, DuPage County, Kane County, McHenry County, or Will County.
