Title: FOID&CRIM CD-CONCEALED CARRY

Description: Amends the Firearm Owners Identification Card Act and the Criminal Code of 2012. Provides that a person may purchase a firearm or ammunition for a firearm by displaying to the transferor a currently valid license to carry a concealed firearm which has previously been issued in his or her name by the Department of State Police under the Firearm Concealed Carry Act.
