Description: A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 1 of Title 51 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions relative to torts, so as to limit liability for manufacturers of firearms relative to absence or inclusion of safety features in certain instances; to provide for definitions; to provide for construction; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
