Description: A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 2 of Chapter 3 of Title 16 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to justification and excuse, so as to repeal the "stand your ground" law; to amend Titles 15, 17, and 51 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to courts, criminal procedure, and torts, respectively, so as to make conforming changes; to provide for related matters; to provide an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
