Description: A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 5 of Article 4 of Chapter 11 of Title 16 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to Brady Law Regulations, so as to require that certain persons secure a license in order to manufacture a firearm in this state; to provide for duties of the director of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation; to provide for fees and rules and regulations; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
