Description: A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 4 of Chapter 11 of Title 16 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to dangerous instrumentalities and practices, so as to provide for an exception to the definition of firearm in relation to possession of firearm or knife during commission of or attempt to commit certain crimes and Brady Law regulations; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
