Title: "Gun Buy-Back Program"; no public funds shall be expended by the state
Description: A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 1 of Article 4 of Chapter 11 of Title 16 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions regarding dangerous instrumentalities and practices, so as to provide that no public funds shall be expended by the state or any municipality, county, school district, or other political subdivision of the state for the purpose of a gun buy-back program; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
