Title: Firearms; provide that information relating to persons issued weapons carry licenses shall be confidential

Description: A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 3 of Article 4 of Chapter 11 of Title 16 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to carrying and possession of firearms, so as to provide that information relating to persons issued weapons carry licenses shall be confidential; to prohibit the creation or maintenance of any data bases regarding persons issued weapons carry licenses; to provide for verification of licenses; to provide for related matters; to provide an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
