Title: Crimes and offenses; offenses against public order and safety; create the offense of religious intimidation

Description: A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 11 of Title 16 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to offenses against public order and safety, so as to create the offense of religious intimidation; to provide for penalties; to provide for a cross-reference to the offense of religious intimidation in the crime of using machine guns, sawed-off rifles, sawed-off shotguns, or firearms during the commission of certain offenses; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
