Description: A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 5 of Article 4 of Chapter 11 of Title 16 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to Brady Law regulations, so as to provide for the establishment of a voluntary do not sell list for firearms; to provide for definitions; to provide for procedures and conditions for registration and removal from such list; to provide for penalties; to provide for limitation on the records relating to registration or removal; to provide for forms and rules and regulations; to provide for related matters; to provide for a short title; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
