Title: Safe Carry Protection Act; enact

Description: A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 8-3-202, Article 2 of Chapter 3, Article 4 of Chapter 11, and Part 2 of Article 4 of Chapter 12 of Title 16, Code Section 35-3-34, and Article 3 of Chapter 3 of Title 37 of the O.C.G.A., so as to change provisions relating to carrying weapons and the issuance of weapons carry licenses; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
