Title: Fire department; firefighters may carry firearms while on duty with permission of their department; provide

Description: A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 1 of Chapter 3 of Title 25 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions regarding local fire departments generally, so as to provide that, with the permission of their department, firefighters may carry firearms while on duty; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
