Description: A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 2 of Chapter 2 of Title 50 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to jurisdiction of the state, so as to nullify certain federal laws; to provide that any federal law which attempts to govern firearms manufactured within this state shall be unenforceable; to provide an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
