Title: Gun Safety Act; enact

Description: A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 5 of Article 4 of Chapter 11 of Title 16 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to Brady Law Regulations, so as to provide for a background check for guns purchased at gun shows; to provide for definitions; to provide that only dealers may legally sell, transfer, or exchange a firearm at a gun show; to provide a short title; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
