Description: A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 4 of Chapter 11 of Title 16 of the O.C.G.A., relating to dangerous instrumentalities and practices, so as to provide for protections against the infringements on the right to keep and bear arms; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date and applicability; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
