Description: Requiring a concealed weapon or firearm licensee to provide certain information and display the license and proper identification when approached by a first responder; requiring firearm course instructors to maintain records attesting to the use of live fire with specified firearms and ammunition by students in his or her physical presence; requiring that a license be suspended or revoked upon a second or subsequent violation of such requirement, etc.
