Description: Providing that a person commits the offense of driving while impaired and is subject to punishment for such violation if the person is driving a motor vehicle and satisfies the specified criteria relating to the consumption of alcohol or controlled substances; providing that a person commits the offense of use of a firearm while impaired and is subject to punishment for such violation if the person uses a firearm and satisfies the specified criteria relating to the consumption of alcohol or controlled substances, etc.
