Description: Providing that state sales and use taxes collected on firearms and ammunition shall be allocated to the Safe Schools Trust Fund rather than the General Revenue Fund; providing that a license to carry a concealed weapon or firearm does not authorize any person to openly carry a handgun or carry a concealed weapon or firearm in a school safety zone, etc.
