Description: Requiring that investment decisions comply with a specified requirement related to the consideration of pecuniary factors; requiring the Department of Management Services to report certain noncompliance to the Attorney General; requiring that certain noncompliance be reported to the Attorney General, who is authorized to bring certain civil or administrative actions; prohibiting bond issuers from issuing environmental, social, and governance bonds and taking other related actions; prohibiting an awarding body from requesting certain documentation or giving preference to vendors based on their social, political, or ideological interests, etc.
