Title: Use or Threatened Use of Force

Description: Removes provisions stating persons who use or threaten to use force, other than deadly force, do not have duty to retreat before using or threatening to use such force; prohibits use of deadly force by person who knows that he or she can avoid using deadly force with complete safety by retreating; removes provisions stating person using or threatening to use deadly force does not have duty to retreat & has right to stand his or her ground; repeals provisions relating to immunity from criminal prosecution & civil action for justifiable use or threatened use of force.
