Title: A bill to allow Federal law enforcement officers to purchase retired service weapons, and for other purposes.

Subject: Crime and law enforcement: Firearms and explosives: Government buildings, facilities, and property: Law enforcement officers

Description: Generally permits a federal law enforcement officer to purchase a retired handgun from the agency that issued a handgun to the officer. The bill directs the General Services Administration to develop policies to facilitate the sale and disposition of eligible handguns.
