Description: An act to amend Sections 27505, 28210, 28215, 28220, 29610, 29615 and 29700 of, to amend the heading of Article 1 (commencing with Section 29610) of Chapter 1 of Division 9 of Title 4 of Part 6 of, to add Section 16685 to, and to repeal and add Section 27945 of, the Penal Code, relating to firearms.
