Description: An act to amend Sections 1103 and 1107 of the Evidence Code, to amend Section 1816 of the Family Code, to amend Sections 1031, 7286, 12525.5, 15401, and 15425 of the Government Code, to amend Sections 1233.5 and 1259.5 of the Health and Safety Code, to amend Section 475 of the Military and Veterans Code, to amend Sections 243, 273.5, 273.6, 273.65, 602, 1043, 1127e, 1192.5, 1203.055, 1203.097, 1203.4b, 1203.9, 1270.1, 1346.1, 1370, 1387, 11105, 11163.3, 13151, 13511.1, 13519, 13777, 13823.16, and 14143 of the Penal Code, to amend Section 5164 of the Public Resources Code, and to amend Sections 782 and 15610.63 of, and to add Section 700.3 to, the Welfare and Institutions Code, relating to public safety.
