Description: An act to amend Sections 26700, 26705, and 30395 of, and to add Chapter 3 (commencing with Section 34400) to Division 12 of Title 4 of Part 6 of, the Penal Code, and to add Part 16 (commencing with Section 36001) to Division 2 of the Revenue and Taxation Code, relating to firearms, and making an appropriation therefor.
