About This Organization:
The Montana Shooting Sports Association is the primary political action organization asserting the rights and prerogatives of gun owners, shooters, and hunters in Montana. In Montana's state capitol, Helena, MSSA is known as the "junkyard dog of politics" because of its "take no prisoners" approach to political action when asserting citizens' rights.
MSSA is affiliated with the National Rifle Association of America and is associated with the Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms and with Gun Owners of America, but operates independently. MSSA also supports the work and goals of Jews for the Preservation of Firearms Ownership.
