About This Organization:
In an effort to turn the tide of apathy from the political spectrum, a group of patriots in Modesto, CA, gathered together to build a solution. In the battle to win back our Second Amendment rights, Americans have previously spent endless hours making hollow phone calls to legislators and have maxed out their pocket books attempting to rally and stir up political support. Yet, the bills are passed. Our phone calls are left unheeded, and our letters sit unread. There is only one solution to this growing problem in America: to aggressively seek out court challenges to anti-gun legislation no matter where it occurs (at the city, county, and state level). From this philosophy emerged a rapidly growing organization of patriots: The Madison Society.
