HB303 would require proof of a mental health evaluation to get a carry permit

HB166 would allow convicted non-violent felons to own firearms and keep them in their homes

SB2173 would allow carrying firearms on 'educational property' if the person has an instructor certified carry permit

HB289 would repeal state preemption over firearm laws and would further restrict carrying in courthouses

HB269 would prohibit state and local official from assisting the federal government in enforcing any new law banning any firearm, limiting the size of a magazine, imposing any limit on the ammunition that may be purchased, or requiring the registration of any firearm or its ammunition.

HB476 would authorize concealed carry during emergency evacuations without a permit

SB2238 would create the 'Second Amendment Preservation Act' which would invalidate unconstitutional federal firearm laws, preempts local governments from enacting firearm laws among other things

SB2269 would outlaw open carry at parades and demonstrations where a permit to hold the event is required

HB479 would make it illegal to discharge a firearm near any business that stores petroleum

HB641 would create enhanced carry permits

HB706 would negate any federal firearm law, or rule that was not approved by congress and signed by the president for firearms made and kept within the state

HB702 would remove stun guns from the prohibited firearms category

HB1216 would prohibit law enforcement from asking for any additional information from a concealed carry applicant unless the officer suspects the person is about to commit a crime

SC552 is a joint resolution affirming the states support of the second amendment and that the state alone has the power to regulate firearms and manufacturing of them

SB2748 strengthens state preemption of local firearm laws

SB2859 would prohibit any state or local government agency to help enforce any federal law that involves banning certain firearms and magazines or that would require firearm registration

HC42 would declare the state as a second amendment sanctuary state

SB2711 would make concealed carry licenses free

HB1217 would strengthen state preemption over local firearm laws

HB1215 would prohibit state agencies from entering into a rental agreement that restricts 2nd amendment rights

SB2757 would invalidate any federal law, rule or order that violate the 2nd amendment or the Mississippi constitution
