HB4331 would allow carrying loaded firearms on ATVs and UTVs on private land

HB4512 would require anyone that owns a firearm to keep it locked up if they 'know' or 'should know' a child might be able to access it

HB4497 would make people convicted of certain misdemeanor crimes prohibited persons

HB4498 would make anyone restrained by a protective order a prohibited person

HR0121 would declare June 7th as national 'gun violence awareness day'

HB4690 would require ranges to verify a person that wants to rent a gun is not prohibited or a has a license to carry

HB5095 would add a 10% excise tax on ammunition

HB5094 would outlaw open carry

HB5020 would allow anyone convicted of one non-violent firearm felony to apply to have the record set aside as long as there have been no other felonies since the first charge

HB5116 would allow those that have had a firearm related charge set aside to get a carry license

HB4976 would make business owners civilly liable for injuries if their business, property etc are gun-free zones and they do not supply security
