H55 would require the state pension fund to get rid of any investments in firearm or ammunition businesses

H1515 would allow police to seize firearms if they have probable cause for a domestic violence case

H2244 would prohibit the public pension program from investing in any firearm related company

H2045 would create taxpayer funding annual gun violence reports

H1410 would legalize suppressors

H2077 would allow police to seize vehicles that contain 'illegal' firearms

H2091 would require at least 5 hours of live fire training to be eligible to get a firearms license

H2005 would set up a program to screen patients to see who has firearms

H2144 would clarify law regarding firearm transportation to protect those who are delayed while traveling

H2151 would clarify that firearms obtained through the Civilian Marksmanship Program are transferable

H2093 would require liability insurance for anyone that owns a firearm

H2117 would create a smart gun tax force to see if the technology is feasible

H2092 is a universal background check bill

H2095 would clarify the states large capacity magazine ban

H1350 would clarify self defense and stand your ground laws

H2122 would preempt local governments from creating firearm laws

H2094 would clarify the crime of selling a firearm not on the 'approved' firearm list

H2096 would outlaw 'ghost guns' and 3D printed guns

H2097 would require firearms to have micro-stamping technology

H2039 would require police to submit information to the national trace database whenever a firearm of casing is found

H2040 would outlaw realistic looking imitation firearms

H2044 would make anyone who has a firearm lost or stolen and fails to report it civilly liable if it is used in a crime

H1381 would require firearms to be seized from anyone under a temporary or emergency protection order

H2050 would make firearm licenses good for life

H2080 would require the state to refund any firearm license fees if the application is denied

H2131 would make the state a shall issue state

S1368 would create a taxpayer funded firearm violence institute

S863 would require new firearms to be equipped with microstamping technology

S1361 would outlaw 'ghost guns' and 3D printed firearms

S1387 would add a 4.75% tax to all firearm, ammunition and firearm accessories to fund a 'firearms violence trust fund'

S1420 would clarify regulations on firearm dealers

S1434 would lower the fee for firearm licenses

S1417 would legalize suppressor ownership

S1360 would require all firearm owners to have a liability insurance policy

S1395 would provide a refund to anyone whose firearm license isn't processed in 40 days

S1421 would add language to current law prohibiting local governments from enacting firearm laws

S1422 would revoke the firearm license of anyone that moves and does not inform the state

S927 would allow for the restoration of rights for convicted felons after 10 years with no repeat offense as long as the conviction didn't include the use of a firearm

S1369 would remove restrictions on self defense spray

S1423 would clarify current law to state that out of state manufactures of ammunition do not have to register with the state and may sell ammunition within the state

S1389 is a one gun a month bill

S1404 would prohibit the confiscation of firearms during a state of emergency

S1413 would provide an exemption for minors between 12 and 17 to use a shotgun during special youth hunts

S999 would prohibit carrying firearms in court facilities

H3576 would require gun owners to submit a yearly sworn affidavit declaring if they have lost or a had a firearm stolen

H3567 would make it a crime to carry a firearm in a courthouse

H3577 would use taxpayer money to create a 'firearm violence institute' within the department of health

H3780 would limit sales of firearms to one a month

H3781 would create a ten day waiting period on firearm sales

H3783 would require gun owners to take their firearms in for inspection once a year

H3782 would require gun dealers to contact state police for every firearm sold to have them test fire it, photograph it and prepare a ballistics report on it
