This thread will be updated on a regular basis when new bills come in for Washington.

HB1010 would allow state police to destroy firearm forfeited firearms

HB1022 would prohibit the creation of a handgun sales or transfer database

HB1024 would prohibit the government from creating a database of law abiding firearm owners

HB1038 would allow trained school staffs to carry firearms

HB1073 would outlaw 'ghost' guns

SB5061 would outlaw 'ghost' guns

SB5062 would all magazines that hold more than 10 rounds

SB5072 would allow extreme risk protection orders to be brought against minors

HB1203 would make it a crime to not report a lost or stolen firearm within 5 days

HB1225 would require any law enforcement who responds to a potential domestic abuse call to seize all firearms if the officer thinks a crime has been committed

HB1286 is an 'assault weapon' ban

HB1315 would basically allow sheriffs as long as they want to issue carry license

HB1319 would create a massive new list of places were you can't carry and would allow local governments to enact their own laws

HB1346 would prohibit the sales and use of lead ammo to anyone under 21 years old

SB5172 would require any legislator that wishes to introduce a firearm related bill to show proof they have taken a firearm training course

SB5181 would make anyone committed for mental evaluation a prohibited person for 6 months after their release

SB5260 would repeal emergency powers of the governor regarding firearms during a state of emergency

SB5340 would ban the sale of 'assault weapons' and any magazine that holds more than 10 rounds

HB1374 would repeal state preemption of firearm laws

HB1439 would require anyone carrying a concealed firearm to ask permission before entering another person's home

HB1530 would make it illegal to carry a firearm into a child care facility

HB1649 would allow firearm transfers to happen between two people that have concealed carry licenses without a background check

SB5434 would add a huge list of places where concealed carry is prohibited
