Is it legal in Multnomah County (Portland Or), for a Clark County (Vancouver Wa resident) concealed permit holder to carry concealed in a vehicle while commuting through Portland for employment?

Is it legal for a Clark County Washington Resident to Open Carry in a vehicle in Multnomah County?

Is it legal for the Wa resident to carry a locked firearm in a vehicle in Oregon/Multnomah County?

Oregon does not recognize Washington permits, see our reciprocity map here: https://amgoa.org/State-Firearm-Permit-Reciprocity ... click on Washington (your home state) and it will show you what states honor your permit

Secondly 'open carry' in a vehicle is consider concealed carry by most states
