SB441 would require firearms to be locked up in homes that have anyone under 18 living in them HB1214 would create allow for the use of deadly force in the home under quite a few circumstances HB1215 would establish laws regarding the use of physical, and deadly for in the home or other property HB523 would prohibit the use of lead ammunition at any school sponsored program SB8 is a 'ghost gun' bill HB95 would prohibit a prohibited person from owning antique firearms HB541 would make personal protection and self defense legitimate reasons to get a carry license HB786 is a universal background check bill HB769 would allow carrying in churches SB882 would make it illegal to possess a firearm made after 1968 that doesn't have a serial number, and would outlaw 3D printed firearms SB536 would make it illegal for any school board to spend any money on a firearm for a teacher HB740 would make owning a firearm without a serial number a crime if the firearm was made after 1968 or made with a 3D printer HB612 is a universal background check bill HB342 would add personal safety and self defense to the acceptable reasons to get a carry permit HB749 would allow those that use medical marijuana to purchase and possess firearms HB367 would prohibit any school board from spending any money to train or arm a teacher HB1247 would require all public schools and non-collegiate educational institutions to have two staff members that have undergone training and have a carry permit to carry on campus or have two armed resource offices on duty HB781 would allow people to carry in houses of worship provided they have permission HB468 would require firearms to be locked up in homes that have anyone under 18 living in them |
