HCR2033 is a resolution supporting second amendment rights HB2721 would clarify that anyone not prohibited from carrying firearms may carry concealed or open and that the owner of the property is not civilly liable if the person carrying is justified in using deadly force |

HB2325 would create a database of licensed firearm dealers in the state and would require the dealer to check the status of anyone presenting a concealed weapons permit with the state police prior to completing the sale |
