HB562 would propose a constitutional amendment allowing the use of deadly force in self defense in churches in Bibb county SB423 proposes a constitutional amendment to allow the use of defensive deadly force in churches in Shelby county HB342 would add civil immunity for noise complaints to more ranges than are currently covered by the law HB536 would propose an amendment to the constitution for the justification of using deadly force on the premises of a church in Franklin county HB265 would create extreme risk protection orders (even though they don't call it that) HB563 would propose a constitutional amendment allowing the use of deadly force in self defense in churches in Chilton county HB523 would propose a constitutional amendment for the use of deadly force in self-defense of churches in Colbert County; HB535 would propose an amendment to the constitution for the justification of using deadly force on the premises of a church in Shelby county HB272 would limit self defense and the use of deadly force HB336 is a constitutional carry bill SB392 would create a lifetime carry permit HB595 would create a lifetime carry permit |
