Proposed Washington Firearm Legislation HB1313 (amgoa.org) is not a pro gun bill as it's listed on your site.  WA state has protections keeping individual cities and counties from passing their own gun laws that superceed state law.  This is a good thing, repealing it would mean every city and county could pass their own gun laws and there would be no uniformity of law.  Passing this bill is a bad idea.

Please change the green up thumb to a red down thumb for this proposed bill.
