As many of you are aware SB1330 passed the Senate last week by a margin of 30-19. One Senator, Rafferty was campaigning and didn't vote. If he had the vote would have been 31-19.

The bill has moved to the house and as long as the Democrats don't pull and more shenanigans it should pass.

Problem is governor Wolf has said he would veto it so they need 3 more Senators to flip over in to the yes column.

These are the most likely to flip under pressure:

Judy Schwank jschwank@pasenate.com; (717) 787-8925

Sean Wiley swiley@pasenate.com; (717) 787-8927

Stewart Greenleaf sgreenleaf@pasen.gov; (717) 787-6599

Thomas McGarrigle tmcgarrigle@pasen.gov; (717) 787-1350

Thomas Killion tkillion@pasen.gov; (717) 787-4712

Wiley is in a really tough race right now (Erie area) and might bow to pressure.

They need everyone to bombard these Senators with calls and emails!
