AMGOA Staff A groundbreaking decision was handed down by the superior court in a case handled by attorney Joshua Prince today. The en banc court, without a single dissent has ruled carrying legal weapons on school property 'for other lawful purposes' includes the right of self defense. This decision is now case law and becomes effective immediately. Mr. Prince took the case, 'Commonwealth v. Goslin' with Mr. Goslin unable to pay the legal fees and they soon because substantial. We are asking all of our member to donate whatever you can to the case fund to help offset these costs. Literally this decision just increased your right to protect yourself ten fold.
