It came to our attention recently that a certain assistance office in the state has been posted with no firearm signs. As you are probably aware this is illegal per Pennsylvania preemption laws. After contacting the county solicitor over this issue we were informed that these buildings were under state control, which got us thinking this might be a bigger problem that we first thought. If you live near, or pass by, a state assistance office we would ask you to look at the front doors of the building to see if it posted. If it is it would be very helpful if you could grab a picture of it and respond to this post with the image and the location of the office. All help would be truly appreciated. Just because a person needs assistance from the government doesn't mean they should have to give up their second amendment rights to get help. |
