Title: AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 39, relative to handgun carry permits.

Subject: Handgun Permits

Description: As introduced, extends the validity of enhanced handgun carry permits from an eight-year period to the lifetime of the permit holder; permits a permit holder to submit a permit with an expiration date to the department of safety in order to receive a reissued permit without an expiration date. - Amends TCA Title 39.
